What's for DinNeR?!

I'm making this YUMMO potato soup tonight from one of my FaVoRitE recipe/cooking places in blogland, Southern Plate.

It's a warm, cheesy, creamy, PaRtY in your mouth, yumminess! Perfect for this time of year.


Ingredients
4 Cups Chicken Broth (2-16 ounce cans)
4-5 Russet potatoes, washed, peeled, and cubed
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup instant potato flakes
1 cup whipping cream
1 onion, diced
About 1 cup smoked chopped ham
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Boil broth on medium heat
Add potatoes, onion, and cubed ham
Boil until tender
Add flakes, cheese, and cream

Top with cheese, green onion, bacon pieces, or whatever your potato PaRtY heart desires! YUMMY!
